Mød vores flinke og kompetente undervisere

Lismirah Chastine Molinari

Since I first tried yoga, I have realized that it is something I will always return to. When we stand on the yoga mat, there is enough time for getting to know ourselves more and deeper. On the mat, there is no space for comparing, competing or judgment but a lot of space for patience. What we learn about ourselves when practicing yoga we can subsequently use in our life situations and vice versa. This is the main reason why I am so passionate about yoga practice.

I have returned to yoga and started my regular practice in 2020. As a flight attendant living abroad in The Middle East I was looking for a balance and stillness in my life. In 2021, I moved to Denmark and began to practice Bikram yoga in Hot Yoga Denmark studio. In the same year, I have finished Bikram Yoga Teacher Training. Hot yoga has had an amazing impact on my mental and physical condition and I am happy to support others in practicing this yoga in Hot Yoga Denmark studio now. I keep learning every day. My next step is a journey to India to gain more knowledge about this beautiful mind and body practice.

Julie Sørensen

“Five years ago I began practicing yoga on my own, searching for a way of movement to quiet my mind and the constant restlessness in my body. I quickly began deepening my practice, mostly with of focus of the physical benefits, therefore neglecting the spiritual aspect and mindfullness it can bring. It wasn’t until I began my teacher training in hatha, vinyasa and yin in 2020 that I experienced a complete stillness throughout my practice, as well as the joy yoga brought to my life outside my mat. Now, as a teacher, I strive to create challenging and dynamic flows—always with space for laughter, tears and exploration of the body—with a deeper connection between breath and mind.”

Mette Schandorf Strate

-Kathrine Padegaard – Santa Barbara, CA Graduate

Around 6 years ago I started developing a strong interest in the spiritual aspect of life, and it quickly became a central aspect in my life and a place for support whenever I needed it.  I also started practising yoga on a weekly basis, seeing quickly that it is a great practice for the body and mind. My love for this practice kept growing and eventually I decided to do a yoga teacher training. I took a 200-hour YTT In Rishikesh, India in a school called AlakhYog. It was a wonderful experience with dedicated teachers  After that, I was sometimes teaching classes for friends and family and last year (2021) I became an “official” teacher. I still find I am learning a lot and it’s a beautiful and challenging process to teach and learn more deeply this practice.

Rita Stangl

My name is Rita Stangl, I come from Budapest, Hungary and I completed the Evolation teacher training for the hot 26 + 2 series in Bergen 2018. I am practicing the Bikram series regularly since I started about 2,5 years ago and found that it had a very positive influence on my life. With completing the training, I wanted to support others to gain the same benefits.

Apart from yoga, I graduated as a medical doctor 2007, have been doing research in Hungary for the first 3 years and worked as a clinician in Germany from 2010 until beginning 2018.

Cassia Januario

I tried yoga for the first time in 2004, and continue to feel, everytime I roll out my mat, that I’ve come home. I love learning new things and have been involved in a variety of jobs and activities in several countries, but I’ve always returned to yoga. I took the plunge and trained as a teacher, finishing my RYT-200-hour training in 2018.

I love both the physical strength and flexibility, and the mental stillness and clarity that yoga can bring. I feel inspired by, and try to exercise, the joy and compassion, kindness and equanimity, taught by yoga philosophy. I believe everyone can practice and benefit from yoga – wherever you are in life, whatever your ability or circumstance.

I love sharing my passion for yoga and adding movement, strength, flexibility and – hopefully – a little happiness to your day 🙂

Francesca Carossino

After graduating in Italy in Work, Organisational and Social Psychology I moved to Berlin where I worked in different companies as Team Leader and Motivator for International Teams. During my years in Berlin I struggled with the difficulties you naturally experience when living abroad and also becoming an adult. This is where yoga came into my life and changed everything. Yoga is my biggest passion and I have had the privilege to practice with several teachers of incredible experience like Mark Drost, Zefea Samson and Christian Scaraglino.

I’m passionate about mental and physical health and the alternatives ways to pursue a healthy lifestyle. My trademark is my special Music Classes which combine yoga with the hits of the Western World.
