I started practicing Bikram yoga two years ago. I thought that I would not like the heat and humidity as I have astma and hate the thought of being out of breath, but I ended up loving it.The heat and humidity make me focus on breathing in and out, and there is not room for my thoughts going anywhere else. I just breath and follow the words. I love to be able to shut everything else out during the practice. My job can be demanding and stressful at times and I often take the job home with me, but at Bikram there is no space for my job. Only me and my training.I have had quite a lot of injuries over the years and usually my training would worsen the symptoms or pain, but after I started doing Bikram, training eases my pain and helps to keep the joints working properly. I there is no words describing how good you feel after a session.Lastly, Hot Yoga Denmark is such a nice place and there are so many nice persons associated with it, both the teachers and the students. It is very personal and you are always welcomed with a smile. The other classes are also worth trying out, Vinyasa and Yin are perfect for when you feel stiff and are in the mood for something a bit calmer than Bikram yoga.With love,

Tried a Bikram class last Sunday. Clear instructions, friendly staff, beautiful clean facilities with wooden floor instead of smelly carpet ?. Can not wait to return.
