Pregnancy Yoga Classes (upon request)

The pregnancy yoga classes are an ongoing class that the Hot Yoga Studio offers upon request. Classes will be held on the agreed date and time with the individual or a group. The classes will be guided by Sujina, who is an experienced and certified pre/post-natal yoga instructor from Nepal.
