Denne workshop har fokus på de mere udfordrende øvelser i yoga, som hovedstand, skulderstand, camelpose og crow mfl. Yoga inversions kræver en vis portion udholdenhed og tålmodighed – men efter en grundig opvarming bliver I guidet igennem alle øvelserne og hvem ved, måske kan I stå på hovedet i tre minutter inden klassen er slut?

The advantages by doing yoga inversion postures are many. From fewer wrinkles, increased blood circulation, improved digestion and release of back pain. This workshop has focus on the more challenging postures in yoga, like head stand, shoulder stand, camel pose and crow etc. Yoga inversions requires a certain amount of endurance and patience – but after a thorough warm up you will be guided through all postures and who knows, maybe you will be able to stand on your head for 3 minutes before the class is over?
