Good News: We are introducing more classes to our studio.

Sujina will give a taste of traditional Hatha Yoga which is said to bring balance to your mind, body and soul. One hour session will include, beginners and intermediate gentle Hatha yoga postures with modifications and end with short Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) plus a blissful guided meditation. All of this is sure to fill you up with the positive energy that you will need for your day/week. This may be a good way to start your yoga practice as this not going to be too intense. You can always combine it with our other yoga styles.

The classes will be held Wednesdays 8.30-9.30 and Sundays 12.30-13-00. If you want to try out we have a last free session on October 2, 12.20-13.00.
