Bikram for beginners

Are you new to yoga or has it just been too long time since you last practiced your last yoga class. Now you can join me in this workshop of Bikram for beginners in the new year.

Now you have the chance to get a good new start. 4 Saturdays starting on January 8th I will walk you through the postures in a Hot Bikram Yoga class.

The advantage of The Bikram series is that everyone can benefit from it no matter age, your fysical ability right now or small injuries. As my teacher said:

“You’re never too old, never too bad, never too late and never too sick to start from scratch once again.”

And I have had students from the age of 12 up to 72 years of age in my classes. It is for everybody.

How does it work?

Bikram is a fixed series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises and it is the same every time 🙂 This way you will see improvements fast, you get to know the postures and you will learn how to level your energy during a class. We will work with 4-5 postures every time, working into correct way to perform the postures and you will learn tips and tricks to do it the rigth way … even as a beginner.

Will the room be heated?

No just a little bit, so you do not feel cold, the focus during these 4 workshops is the postures of the Bikram Series, not the heat.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yogamat and a long towel for the mat and a bottle of water. If you do not have a mat and yoga towel, you may rent it at the reception

08.01.22,  15.01,22, 22.01.22 and 05.02.22  and the time is 12.30-13.30
